Bus crash on Serendipity

Witnesses believe that the buses brakes completely failed at the top of the hill. Luckily no pedestrians were injured in the incident. One Cambodian woman jumped from the door of the bus not because she feared for her life in the bus crash, but rather that she can not swim. She appeared to be unconscious as she was taken away in an ambulance.

Four motorbikes and several banners sustained heavy damage in the crash. Most of them are are expected to recover, however the white bike pictured may suffer from a fear of buses for the rest of it life.
Luckily the motorbikes in question had red string tied on to them so were under Buddha's protection.

Police on the scene were reported as saying "This is a terrible accident and it will take a large bribe before we can let this investigation go". When asked if any laws were broken, they responded by asking what a law was and how can they profit from this?

At present people from the Sihanoukville Tourist Association could not be reached as to whether they will remove the litter left by the bus.
